You will have everything you need to prepare your staff and ensure smooth participation.
Train the Trainers
- Your certified instructors are the foundation of successful implementation.
- Instructor Certification Programs (Core and Advanced) equip participants to train and certify practitioners at your institution.
- Each instructor program includes on-demand coursework and hands-on skill practice verified through competency-based assessments.
- Once certified, instructors can immediately deliver training to practitioners at your site.
Certify Practitioners
With instructors certified, your organization can scale training efficiently.
- Practitioners complete a combination of foundational learning (online or in-person) and hands-on skills application.
- Training culminates in a competency assessment to ensure fluency and confidence in crisis prevention and response.
- All practitioners receive a Pivot Certification and access to ongoing digital support materials.
Maintain Certification
Ongoing recertification ensures your team stays confident, compliant, and current.
- Practitioner Recertification: Annually, through recertification courses led by your certified instructors.
- Instructor Recertification: Annually, directly through Pivot, including updates on new techniques, regulation changes, and best practices.
- Automatic Reminders: Pivot’s digital system keeps your team on track with email alerts, digital badges, and recertification tracking tools.
